One of APEI’s goals is to provide effective risk management services to our members, as outlined in our mission statement. We try to accomplish this service in a variety of ways. One of which, is through development and review of policies and procedures. APEI has recently developed two new policies in regards to Sexual Harassment and Misconduct. Having Sexual Harassment and Misconduct policies in place can greatly reduce your liability and give you a defensible position should a claim arise.
